The Driver App allows CTS to better handle same-day bookings, improve on-time performance, and increase passenger trips per hour the increased efficiency.

Available only to Provider Drivers in the CTS network, Drivers can easily communicate with CTS sFortune Tiger taff in real-time to provide instant updates and manifest changes. Through this real-time communication between Drivers on the road and the CTS offices, we are able to effectively improve the accuracy of information and provide better customer service to passengers.
